Conditions of entry

Persons entering this venue consent to and agree to comply with all of the following conditions of entry.

  1. Prohibited items

The following must not be brought into this venue:

  • Alcohol, prohibited or illegal substances.
  • Glassware, weapons or implements (knives etc.), fireworks, firearms, flares, laser pointers or any other object that management considers may cause harm to any person.
  • Animals, except service dogs whilst accompanying a person with the purpose of support.
  1. Disorderly behaviour/ security measures

Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any person, or eject any person, from this venue, deemed by management to be effected by alcohol or drugs, or acting in a disorderly, dangerous or disruptive manner.
  • Search any bag, esky, item of clothing or persons for prohibited items.
  • Confiscate prohibited items, for collection on departure from this venue.
  • Eject any person from this venue for any reason, including for not complying with these Conditions of Entry.
  1. Minimum dress standard

Footwear must be worn at all times, including closed shoes in the playing areas.

  1. Smoking, gambling and alcohol consumption
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and gambling anywhere in this venue, or within 10 meters of the venue boundary is prohibited at all times.
  • Alcohol must not be brought into the venue or served in the venue.
  1. Damage

Any damage or identified risk must be reported immediately to management. You may be charged for any damages or breakages caused by you.

  1. CCTV surveillance systems

Hardcore Blasters is fitted with CCTV surveillance systems and persons may be filmed in any area of the venue, including upon entry and exit. The following conditions apply:

  • CCTV surveillance is used for the purpose of patron, staff and venue asset safety and security, to monitor behaviour where deemed necessary and, where appropriate, to monitor activities conducted or performed within the venue. 
  1. Media, photography and recording equipment

To ensure patron privacy is maintained:

  • Any media entering this venue in that capacity, must have the prior approval of management.
  1. Vehicle entry and parking
  • Parking is only permitted in marked parking bays and is subject to availability.
  • Any vehicle parked in gateways or in designated no parking/standing zones will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • All parking is solely at the driver’s/owner’s risk.
  1. Children
  • Persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
  • The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising and maintaining effective care and control of the minor at all times while in this venue.
  1. Patrons use venue at own risk
  • Patrons are responsible for ensuring the security of any personal items brought into this venue, at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the State of Queensland is not responsible (including for negligence) for:
    • any personal injury or other loss sustained by persons; and/or
    • any damage to, loss or theft of any personal items.
  1. Incident/injury reporting
  • Any injuries or incidents occurring in this venue must be reported immediately to management.
  1. Areas off-limits

Patrons are not to enter the following areas unless authorised by management:

  • Playing fields without appropriate footwear and suitable eyewear.
  • Any restricted or blocked areas as signed.
  1. Fire safety
  • Exit doors and exit routes must remain clear of and free from obstruction at all times.
  • Patrons must not interfere with any smoke detector or fire safety equipment. Charges apply for any false fire alarm activations. Any charges will be payable by patrons.
  1. Health and safety
  • Visitors (including patrons, athletes, coaches, officials, spectators and contractors) are not permitted onsite within this Facility if they are experiencing any contagious symptoms.


HARDCORE BLASTERS 

Hardcore Blasters is a 13+ venue

If you're aged between 13-18, you require a parent/guardian to sign the waiver, and an adult to accompany you for the entire duration of the session. The accompanying adult does not need to participate but must remain on site. 

A full face mask is mandatory for those under the age of 18. Hire masks available for $5.

Closed footwear must be worn at all times. 

Full coverage eye wear and/or a suitable mask must be worn at all times on the field, or when otherwise instructed. "Suitable eye wear" means the eye wear should fit flush around your eyes - with no gaps. The toy glasses in the toy blaster box, are not suitable. Should the field management deem your eye wear/mask unsuitable for participation, then a full face hire mask will be available at the cost of $5 per session. Please note that this is purely in the interest of safety.
PLEASE ORGANISE TO ARRIVE 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION.
CHECK-IN CLOSES 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE SESSION TIME.
IF YOU ARE LATER THAN THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY. 
NO REFUNDS. NO CREDITS. 

There is parking on-site.

Once you've parked your car, head straight to the shop to obtain an armband. No armband = No entry. 

Please note that Hardcore Blasters is strictly a booking-only venue, and walk-ins cannot be accommodated. As space is limited, this isn't a spectator venue and we cannot accommodate your friends/family etc. onsite. 

PREGNANCY POLICY

1.0 Rights

1.01 Individual Rights

Hardcore Blasters recognises the individual’s right to make decisions in respect to their own person.

1.02 Players Rights

However, any individual, as part of a team should recognise and respect the rights of all players to participate in the spirit of fair competition.

1.03 Players Decisions

Hardcore Blasters will not make any recommendations to condone the continuance in the Sport if a player is pregnant. That decision shall be entirely for the player, and based on medical advice. Doctor's opinions should always be sought so as informed decisions can be made.

2.0 Advice

2.01 Medical

Hardcore Blasters recommends that each individual player who is pregnant should seek medical advice in respect to their own medical position and the medical position of the unborn child.


COMPANION CARD HOLDERS

    If a booked participant (Player) holds a Companion Card, free access and free mask hire is provided to a Support Person, so they can also take the field alongside the participant. 

    If the Support Person wishes to also participate (as a Player) they may supply their own equipment (gel blaster and gel balls) for participation at no cost. 

    If the Support Person wishes to also participate as a Player) and requires the use of hired equipment (gel blaster and gel balls) then the equipment will be provided at a discounted rate of $20.

    When a participant with a Companion Card makes a booking, please use the note section at checkout to include whether a support person will be accompanying you. You will need to present your valid Companion Card at check in.
